New Dog

Yup, we acquired a new dog... Her name is Sandy. Mom wanted a Dog or a Baby... Dad opted for the dog...

She is a cocker spaniel/ golden retrieve mix. We picked her up from the local Animal shelter. She is such a happy dog and so much fun. The ironic thing is, the last person in the family who wanted a dog (Dad) has now become the dog's #1 fan, and Sandy is basically "his" dog now?? Mom is jealous...

Yes, it is official. We are a dog family. I am amazed how quick it happened. As you can see the kids climbed in bed and now everyone is sleep. Mom will be joining them soon.

Yup. Dad gets the couch. At least it is nothing out of the ordinary for him.

Welcome home Sandy!

We adopted Sandy today! Yay!
She is a cocker spaniel mix. She is 10 month old. We got her from the humane society.

She is VERY mellow and kaylie loves her too. She was fixed today so she is very lethargic and even more mellow.

She is our first dog so this will be a new adventure for all of us.

We are so excited though.

Ben and Tay are a little bummed because she brings the female count in the house to 4!
